About

A toy and set of educational tools to help hard of hearing children develop their communication skills

Herd is a service designed for children with cochlear implants to help them develop speech and hearing skills for interpersonal communication in the comfort of their home. Offering a range of play-therapy activities, Herd comes with a robotic toy elephant that facilitates independent learning. All activities are designed to establish empathy, refine motor skills, and achieve broader childhood developmental goals. Herd also offers a recurring subscription pack complete with toys and activities appropriate for every child’s interests and developmental stages, and an app where parents can connect with teachers and medical professionals
