Mela is a service company that supplies chocolates with bacterial cocktails specifically designed for your health. It monitors your bacterial needs by using a disposable Gutbot — an electronic pill which measures your microbiota from inside your body. By adjusting their gut microbiota, users can reduce the impact of stress, improve their sleeping cycles, control sugar and lipid metabolism, improve their moods and reduce the excruciating symptoms of digestive problems. The Mela chocolates are designed to have different textures based on the areas of the user’s health that are being targeted. A dedicated app displays the user’s progress, based on stomach bacteria and other health trackers.
