Mobile Usage Behavior at Bedtime is a combination smart pillow and mobile app that records sleep quality and provides information on improving sleep and avoiding the negative effects of mobile use. Synched to the app, the pillow records the time and depth of sleep and acts as an alarm. Once the user has left the bed, it synchs the information to the app, to provide a report and tips on how to sleep better.
